Not Sure What to Do

Worried you can't give your dog the life they deserve because of their big feelings.

You're not alone. These common frustrations can make life with your dog feel overwhelming. But it doesn't have to be this way.

Our Personalized Approach to Reactive Dog Training

Our Reactive Dog Training program is designed for dogs who have strong emotional reactions—often fear or frustration—that manifest as barking, lunging, and high anxiety.

This private, in-home dog training focuses on teaching your dog to feel safe and calm, while also teaching you how to confidently manage and change their behavior. We work in the real-world environments where these reactions happen, building confidence for both you and your dog.

What You Will Learn

This program is ideal for dogs with:

Leash reactivity (barking/lunging at people or dogs on walks)

Barrier frustration (reacting to people or dogs from behind a fence or window)

General anxiety and excitability that leads to outbursts

Please note: This program is designed for reactivity, not aggression. It does not cover severe aggression, resource guarding, or separation anxiety. If your dog exhibits these behaviors, please contact us for a referral to a specialist.

Understanding Your Dog's Behavior: Learn what triggers your dog and how to spot their stress signals before they react.

Creating Space and Safety: Use techniques to help your dog feel safe and avoid going over their emotional threshold.

Counter-Conditioning: Change your dog's negative associations into positive ones, so they see triggers as a good thing.

Management & Handling Skills: Learn to read and respond to your dog's body language with confidence.

Building Engagement: Strengthen your bond and teach your dog to focus on you, even with distractions present.
