Get professional, personalized dog training guidance from the comfort of your home. During your 60-minute virtual consultation, we’ll discuss your dog’s behavior, your biggest challenges, and what you’ve already tried. I’ll help you better understand what may be contributing to the problem and give you clear, practical training strategies you can begin using right away. Virtual consultations are ideal for puppy challenges, basic manners, barking, leash problems, household behavior, fear, reactivity, and dog owners who need professional guidance or a second opinion. Your consultation includes: • A pre-session intake questionnaire • Review of submitted videos when applicable • A private 60-minute virtual consultation • Personalized training recommendations • A written action plan • 7 days of follow-up support Virtual consultations use positive reinforcement and Fear Free training methods tailored to your dog, your household, and your goals.
Cancellation Policy
Virtual Consultation Policy Payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your consultation. At least 12 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 12 hours’ notice may be forfeited and are not eligible for a refund. Clients are responsible for ensuring they have a reliable internet connection and a device capable of participating in the virtual consultation. If technical difficulties occur, reasonable efforts will be made to continue or reschedule the consultation when appropriate. Virtual consultations provide professional dog training education, coaching, and recommendations based on the information and videos provided by the client. Results cannot be guaranteed and depend on factors including the dog, household, environment, and consistent implementation of the training recommendations. Clients must provide accurate and complete information regarding their dog’s behavior and bite history. Clients remain responsible for safely managing their dog and should never intentionally create or recreate an unsafe situation for the purpose of demonstrating behavior during a virtual consultation. Follow-up support is available for 7 days following the consultation and is intended for reasonable questions and clarification related to the training recommendations provided during the session.
