Cancellation Policy

Booking & Cancellation Policy Scheduling & Session Length Training sessions are scheduled in advance and are approximately 60 minutes long. As a mobile trainer, arrival times may vary slightly due to travel conditions. Please allow a 15-minute arrival window. Payment Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged in writing. Sessions are not confirmed until payment is received. Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations or reschedule requests must be made at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled session time. No-Shows Missed appointments without notice are considered a no-show and will be charged the full session fee. No-shows are not eligible for rescheduling or refund. Weather & Trainer Discretion Sessions may be rescheduled at the trainer’s discretion due to unsafe weather conditions or circumstances that could impact training quality or safety. In these cases, the session will be rescheduled at no additional cost. Dog & Household Safety Clients are responsible for ensuring their dog is healthy, up to date on vaccinations appropriate for their age, and safely managed prior to the trainer’s arrival. Any history of aggression or bite incidents must be disclosed before booking. Service Area Training services are provided within 30 miles of Muskegon, MI. Sessions outside this area may require additional travel fees or may not be available. Refunds & Package Expiration Single sessions and packages are non-refundable once booked. All training packages must be used within 6 months of purchase unless otherwise stated in writing.
